亞克力針刺氈是采用非織造針刺工藝利用亞克力較強纖維交錯排列，空隙分布均勻的細纖維布表面經熱軋、燒毛等處理，使其表 面平整光滑，不易被粉塵所堵塞，此濾料空隙大。透氣性能好，抗化學穩定性強，不僅可以過濾常溫氣體，而且過濾中溫氣體(150℃) 同時是酸堿腐蝕性氣體工況過濾材料的理想選擇。
